Description
This punchy and flavor-packed Pinot is almost too easy to drink. Made by our friend Piero Incisa della Rocchetta in Patagonia, Sin Azufre is native yeast and whole cluster fermented in concrete, then aged for six months in used oak. Juicy notes of red cherries, berries, dried herbs, and flowers dominate this medium-bodied #porchpounder. Serve chilled!
