Didier Fornerol was the former vineyard & cellar manager at Domaine de lArlot. He left to take over his familys estate in 1999 and now works six hectares of vines across various appellations, emphasizing whole cluster fermentations and precision in the cellar. The Hautes-Ctes Rogue is elegant and refined, showing flavors of silky red fruit, wet earth, and flinty stones. Serve slightly chilled with poultry, lentils, and mushroom dishes.
