Description
Silvia Imparato decided to rebuild her familys vineyards in Montevetrano, one of Campanias most underrated regions. The vineyards are located on southwest facing slopes and are dedicated to Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Aglianico. Juice ferments for 10-12 days in steel vats, followed by aging in new barrels for 10-12 months. This luscious red from Colli di Salerno is Cabernet Sauvignon dominant (50%) and ages for 12-14 months in French barriques. Full-bodied and silky, this well-balanced and luscious wine pairs perfectly with beef, burgers, and all things grilled.
