This organic steel-aged Chablis is as good as it gets. Fruit comes from the hillsides of Courgis, which are dominated by the regions signature Kimmeridgian soils. Racy notes of lemon juice, chalky citrus, and rain-kissed rocks burst from the wines saline-driven palate.
