Founded by four friends in Central Spain, 4 Monos is a huge pioneer of organic farming in the Sierra de Gredos region of Spain, producing clean, high-quality wines from its mountainous terrain. Blanco is a wildly aromatic blend of indigenous white varieties, wild yeast fermented in steel for about six weeks, followed by aging in neutral oak. Fresh and food-friendly, this affordably delicious wine shows notes of stone fruit, herbs, & minerals.
