Anne Boisson and his family organically farm 8.5 hectares of vines across a handful of Burgundys most sought-after growing sites. ‘Sous la Velle’ fruit comes from a specific lieu-dit at the foot of the Meursault hill. The wine is weighty and fruit-forward, marked by notes of sappy stone fruit, citrus, wet rocks, and buttery brioche. Serve with foie gras, creamy pasta sauces, and a range of seafood dishes.
