Description
Eric Nicolas and his wife Christine sniffed out a sense of passion in the Loire Valley, but didn’t necessarily take the easy route. When they took it over, their estate had some vines, but also pastureland. They reinvigorated the old vines and planted scattered new plots around the area. This wine is aged in neutral oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Floral and zesty, yet highly structured, this biodynamic Pineau d’Aunis needs to be there when you make that big pot of chili this fall.
