This golden-hued Aligot is produced at the hands of Aubert de Villaine, one of Burgundys most highly regarded producers (DRC). Notes of yellow apple, white flowers, crushed rocks, and saline dominate this floral-driven wines round yet zesty palate. Serve with pungent cheeses or fresh seafood.
