Randy and Lori Dunn founded Dunn Vineyards back in 1979 and focus on organically farmed fruit in Howell Mountain. Their Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 32 months in new French oak prior to bottling, leading to an intense and powerful wine noted with flavors of cassis, sappy cherries, mocha, pencil shavings, and baking spice. Pair with short ribs, braised lamb shanks, or hamburgers on the grill.
