Burgundian legend Maxime Magnon takes on the hills of the Corbieres down in Frances southerly Languedoc region with this recent project. Rozeta is a unique field blend composed predominantly of old vine Carignan, hailing from vines 50-60 years in age grown in schisty soils. Grapes are 100% whole cluster fermented, giving way to a velvety, aromatic cuve full of crunchy red fruit and an insanely drinkable palate.
